Joe is a qualified boat builder, holding a Level 3 City & Guilds advanced boatbuilding certificate from the Lyme Regis Boat Building Academy in the United Kingdom. With nearly ten years’ experience working with timber in both construction and fine craftsmanship, he values traditional methods and takes pride in careful, consistent work.
His background spans from residential cabinetry and joinery to wooden boat construction and restoration, giving him a practiced eye for detail and a practical, hands-on approach. Each project is carried out with the aim of producing a vessel that is sound, well-finished, and ready for the water.
Born and raised in Lake Macquarie, Joe is pleased to serve the local boating community with boat building, repair, and restoration services. Whether working on a time-worn craft or a new build, every job is approached with the same steady care and attention from stem to stern.
